The Executive Director, Institute Effectiveness at Arizona State University's Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts serves as the Dean’s primary strategic, operational, and relational partner. The role focuses on integrating priorities across schools and functions, improving operating rhythms, and enhancing institutional effectiveness. This position is responsible for translating the Dean’s vision into actionable plans and sustained execution across a large, complex academic institute. The Executive Director also represents the Dean as needed and builds strong relationships across the university and with external partners.
