The Executive Director for the Nashville Chapter is the senior leader responsible for local strategy, sustainable revenue, community impact, and overall chapter operations including staff, volunteers, programs, and budgets. The ED partners with national teams to align program delivery, KPIs, and evaluation, while serving as the chapter’s chief ambassador and leading six-figure fundraising and strategic partnerships. The role requires residency in the chapter’s metropolitan area and participation in periodic in-person gatherings and travel.
