About this role
The Vice President of Philanthropy and Engagement will provide strategic leadership for Hillel International’s major and principal gifts program, advancing the organization’s fundraising vision during a pivotal growth period. Reporting to the Chief External Affairs Officer, the role focuses on elevating leadership giving, expanding donor relationships, and representing Hillel externally. The VP will work across the advancement team to align philanthropic efforts with the organization’s 2025–2028 strategic plan.
