About this role

The Executive Director provides mission‑driven executive leadership for the Sr. Ignatia Gavin, CSA, Center for Addiction Medicine, overseeing strategic direction, clinical and operational excellence, financial stewardship, and long‑term sustainability. Reporting to the President and CEO and working with the Board, the role ensures compliance, quality, and risk management while advancing the Catholic healing mission and expanding access to addiction care.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the addiction medicine center
Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance ensuring regulatory compliance
Cultivate external partnerships and lead fundraising initiatives

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, behavioral health, or related fieldLicensure in a health or human services discipline (preferred)
