The Executive Director will oversee all legal, compliance, and governance matters across a diversified Saudi group, managing corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. This role involves advising executive leadership on legal exposure and strategic decisions while supporting board governance and risk mitigation. The position also includes managing external counsel and internal legal teams to strengthen the organization's legal oversight.
