The Executive Director provides visionary and strategic leadership for the Wellness Equity Institute, guiding the organization's mission, governance, financial sustainability, and programmatic growth. This part-time, 0.2 FTE role involves partnering with the Board of Directors to establish strategic direction, oversee financial health, and drive cross-sector collaborations. The position focuses on dismantling systemic barriers and making health equity a standard of care for historically marginalized and underserved communities.
