Mainspring Recovery is seeking an experienced Executive Director to serve as the senior operational leader for its Lynchburg facility. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into day-to-day execution across all facility departments, including Clinical, Medical, Residential, and Support Services.
