Mainspring Recovery
The Human Resources Administrator serves as the primary on-site HR contact at Mainspring Recovery, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and payroll to benefits and compliance. This role partners with leadership to maintain sound HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position supports a mission-driven behavioral health organization by creating a supportive environment for clinical and operational teams.
Mainspring Recovery is a state-licensed and CARF-accredited drug and alcohol rehab center serving Virginia, with locations in Northern Virginia (Dumfries, Triangle, Harrisonburg) and Central Virginia (Lynchburg). They offer a full continuum of care including medical detox, high- and low-intensity residential treatment, and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), all grounded in evidence-based, clinician-led practices. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, with 24/7 support available.
