Executive Director

The Executive Director provides strategic direction and leadership for the Institute of Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Learning & Teaching (ICLRLT), advancing its mission to develop equitable and thriving communities in Northern New Mexico. This role involves overseeing internal operations, managing budgets, securing funding, and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, schools, and community groups. The leader is responsible for guiding staff, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring the organization's research and outreach efforts effectively serve historically marginalized populations.
