Acting as a critical bridge between C-suite leadership and Service Operations, the role ensures high-risk escalations are effectively resolved through root-cause analysis and executive-level reporting. The position involves de-escalating high-risk situations, restoring traveler trust, and partnering cross-functionally to eliminate systemic operational failures.
