Executive Housekeeper

This role assists in managing the housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure product quality standards and optimal guest service are maintained. The position serves as the second-in-command within the department, overseeing staff, managing daily activities, and ensuring all areas meet luxury resort standards. The Executive Housekeeper also handles guest relations, budgeting, and cross-departmental coordination to support the hotel's business objectives.
