Executive Sous Chef

The Executive Sous Chef leads the culinary vision and back-of-house team at EOS Hospitality in Washington, D.C., collaborating with front-of-house staff to create memorable dining experiences. This full-time role oversees daily kitchen operations, ensures high-quality food preparation across all outlets and banquets, and manages culinary staff development. The position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining culinary standards, food safety, and operational efficiency.
