Executive Steward

The Executive Steward leads the hotel's stewarding department, overseeing sanitation, equipment upkeep, and inventory management for all Banquets and Food and Beverage outlets. This role involves advising leadership on departmental policies, controlling operating costs within budget, and coordinating purchasing with Executive Chefs and Directors while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
