Executive Steward

The Executive Steward leads the stewarding operation at Black Desert Resort, overseeing dishwashing, sanitation, equipment care, inventory, and the porter program across all food and beverage outlets. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this role collaborates with culinary, banquet, purchasing, engineering, and housekeeping teams to maintain high sanitation standards and support resort-wide events.
