The Executive Steward oversees the efficient and effective operation of the Stewarding Department at the Omni Pontoque Resort, ensuring high standards of sanitation and equipment care. This role involves collaborating with Executive Chefs and the Director of Food and Beverage to manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory while minimizing operating costs. The position supports the delivery of a world-class guest experience from the resort's pre-opening phase onward.
