Executive Steward

The Executive Steward oversees the efficient operation of the Stewarding Department, ensuring that Banquets and all Food and Beverage outlets have the necessary quantities of clean, sanitized, and properly maintained equipment and supplies. This role involves managing sanitation standards, health inspections, inventory control, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and staff performance while ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires collaboration with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
