About this role
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking an Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer to serve as the strategic executive leader for the organization’s people strategy. Based preferably in Madison, WI (with remote options considered), the role reports to the President/CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team. This leader will help advance the ministry’s mission by guiding organization-wide workforce effectiveness, talent strategy, and culture.
