Executive, Volunteer Programme

The Volunteer Programme Executive supports the Head of Volunteer Programme in managing the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, engagement, wellbeing, and retention. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, supports community outreach and organisational events, monitors programme effectiveness, and recommends improvements to enhance the volunteer experience. This position ensures sustainable volunteer resources to meet the Hospice's operational and care needs.
