Experienced Routesetter

The Experienced Routesetter is responsible for setting and removing climbing routes 2-5 times per week, mentoring lower-level setters, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This role involves collaborating with the routesetting team to innovate and create unique climbing experiences that cater to a diverse community of climbers. The position requires a strong understanding of routesetting fundamentals, a passion for climbing, and the ability to provide and solicit constructive feedback.
