Routesetting Support

Alta Climbing and Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Routesetting Support team member to assist with stripping rope routes and forerunning at their Gilbert/Chandler location. This role involves collaborating with the routesetting team to ensure climbs meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about climbing, physically capable of handling strenuous labor, and committed to providing positive support to the climbing community.
