Experienced Social Worker

The Experienced Social Worker manages an allocated caseload involving high-complexity and high-risk cases for adults and children, conducting assessments and developing care and support plans. The role requires safeguarding vulnerable individuals, making best interest decisions, and chairing key meetings while ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards. Additionally, the position involves mentoring students and newly qualified social workers and developing specialist expertise in areas such as Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards or Mental Health.
