About this role
The Experiential Therapist I at Rogers develops and implements experiential therapy programming across specialized treatment areas within a psychiatric setting. The role works with interdisciplinary staff and community resources and applies a variety of experiential media (e.g., adventure-based activities, arts, music, ropes/challenge courses) to support psychosocial functioning of patient/resident groups.

- Aggressive Patient Training
- Ropes/Challenge Course Training
- 1 Year Experience (Child/Adolescent, where applicable)
- Residential Care Training (RCC/CBRF)
