About this role

The Experiential Therapist leads and evaluates therapeutic programming across specialized treatment areas using diverse expressive activities to aid patient recovery in psychiatric settings. Candidates will utilize recreation, arts, sports, and environmental challenges to help residents apply skills taught in clinical protocols while documenting progress within designated programs. This role requires knowledge of psychosocial functioning and integration of CBT and DBT techniques within group environments.

Responsibilities

Utilize recreational activities to help patients learn recovery skills
Provide individualized treatment within a group therapeutic setting
Document patient progress within designated program requirements
