About this role
GiveDirectly is recruiting senior partnerships and philanthropy fundraising leaders to shape its next phase of growth, expected to hire in early 2026. These roles will expand the organization’s global partnership ecosystem by stewarding major institutional, corporate, foundation, and HNW funders, shaping multi-year strategies, and influencing how resources flow to people living in poverty. Candidates will help set strategy, represent the organization externally, and work cross-functionally to design evidence-driven program proposals and strengthen partnership systems.
