About this role
An individual consultancy to conduct an independent evaluation of a two-year UNHCR-supported livelihoods and environmental recovery programme in Gambella and Assosa, Ethiopia. The consultant will assess programme outcomes related to sustainable livelihoods, environmental restoration, and refugee self-reliance and produce evaluation deliverables to inform future programming. The assignment is for an external evaluator contracted through UNHCR/CONS International with a target start date in December 2025.
