External Manufacturing and Co‑Packing Manager

The role is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of supply from external manufacturing and co‑packing partners across Europe, MEA and WTR, supporting Hershey’s growth ambitions for key brands. It leads the external manufacturing strategy, manages partner relationships, contracts, and supply planning, and works closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and continuity.
