About this role

The Fab Metrology & Yield Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for defining, owning, and continuously improving metrology, inspection, and yield‑monitoring capabilities within the semiconductor fabrication facility. The role provides technical leadership for AOI tool bring‑up, production microscopy, flying probe testing, and profilometry, partnering with integration, yield, and process engineering to drive yield improvement and production stability.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, qualification, and release of AOI tools
Own and operate fab microscopy platforms for defect analysis
Support and optimize flying probe test equipment and methodologies
Manage profilometry systems for surface metrology and process control
Analyze inspection and metrology data to drive yield improvement
