Facilitator

The Facilitator role involves developing and delivering curriculum and facilitating group and one-on-one sessions to support clients in their job search and retention efforts. This position focuses on competency-based training and cohort programming to help clients acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for employment. The role requires active collaboration with the WorkBC Centre team and community partners to ensure effective program delivery and client outcomes.
