Service Navigator

The Service Navigator provides coordinated, personalized support to clients navigating employment, education, or training pathways. Acting as a primary point of contact, the role focuses on service navigation, referrals, and coordination to help clients access appropriate supports and maintain momentum toward their goals. The position utilizes a whole-person, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to reduce barriers and ensure continuity across services.
