Facilitator

The Facilitator plays an integral role within the Job Search and Retention team, developing and delivering curriculum to support clients in acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for employment. This position involves facilitating group and one-on-one sessions on employability topics, managing cohort programming, and ensuring consistent delivery of training to meet program outcomes. The role requires active collaboration with clients, employers, and internal teams to address labor market needs and remove barriers to employment.
