Facilities Administrator

This role focuses on managing onsite and across-site services within commercial real estate environments, overseeing both soft services like reception and administration, as well as hard services including maintenance and security. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with client guidelines, manage vendor procurement, and maintain site conditions to meet client expectations through proactive engagement and efficient operations. Working directly with local teams and clients, the employee handles day-to-day operational support and contributes to reporting and crisis management procedures.
