Facilities / HVAC / Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for the uninterrupted operation, repair, and maintenance of building systems and the implementation of construction projects in corporate and subsidiary facilities, including the data center. The technician will handle maintenance for various systems such as fire suppression, plumbing, electrical distribution, and HVAC, while also responding to daily maintenance work orders and providing technical support. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with three years of related experience in commercial facility building systems.
