The role involves performing repairs, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of building infrastructure components, assisting critical facilities engineers, and handling on‑call duties 24/7. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, and the ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and lift heavy loads.
