Facilities Maintenance Spec I

This position involves the custodial care and maintenance of campus building facilities and grounds, including minor repairs, cleaning, and grounds upkeep. The role supports college events and participates in facilities management during inclement weather, such as plowing and shoveling. Employees are assigned a cell phone for communication and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
