Facilities Maintenance Specialist I

This position involves the custodial care and maintenance of campus building facilities and grounds, including minor repairs, cleaning, and outside grounds maintenance. The role supports college events and participates in an on-call rotation for facilities-related emergencies. The position is part of the Facilities Management team during inclement weather conditions.
