Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Construction Project Manager

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Construction Project Manager oversees maintenance operations and manages construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across more than 35 properties in DuPage and Cook Counties. This role provides leadership to maintenance staff, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and ensures all facilities remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. The position also involves responding to facility emergencies and supporting the organization's programs through effective facility management.
