Facilities Maintenance Technician II

The Facilities Maintenance Technician II performs journey-level preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for county facilities with greater independence than a Technician I. The role involves coordinating assigned work, documenting labor and materials, operating vehicles and equipment, and assisting with projects and emergency response. This position requires the ability to diagnose routine multi-trade maintenance problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
