About this role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician Level II is responsible for general maintenance across all Altasciences sites, including preventative HVAC maintenance, special project execution, and on‑call emergency support. The role involves coordinating with external suppliers, performing basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and assisting with site logistics and events.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and critical systems
Coordinate and execute special projects and renovations
Manage the 24/7 emergency help line on a rotating basis
Test and document generator operation and related forms
Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and welding tasks
