Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role independently maintains and repairs church-owned facilities, including meetinghouses, camps, and welfare properties, to ensure they provide a spiritual setting and present an image of reverence. The position involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound systems, as well as general construction and finish work. The technician also manages inventory, utilizes work order tracking software, and ensures compliance with OSHA safety standards.
