Maintenance and Repairs

This position works independently to maintain and repair church-owned facilities, including meetinghouses, recreation camps, and welfare properties, ensuring they provide a spiritual setting and present an image of reverence. The role involves performing scheduled and emergency preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound systems, as well as handling various construction and repair tasks. The incumbent is also responsible for administrative duties, inventory management, and mentoring other technicians to keep maintenance work in-house.
