Facilities Maintenance Technician

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, this role supports the maintenance and repair of CNS Healthcare buildings, facilities, grounds, and vehicles. The position involves performing day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance, and conducting regular inspections of facilities and vehicles. The role also includes maintaining facility grounds, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with office reconfigurations and event setups.
