Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager provides leadership for the operation, maintenance, safety, and security of the physical facilities and grounds for Annunciation Parish, Academy, and Early Learning Center. This role oversees day-to-day facility needs, preventive maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management to ensure campus spaces are safe, functional, and supportive of the Church’s mission. The position collaborates with campus leadership to establish facility priorities, develop project plans and budgets, and ensure compliance with diocesan and governmental requirements.
