Facilities Manager

The Temple Facilities Manager ensures the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience by maintaining standards established by the First Presidency. This position reports to the Area Temple Facilities Manager and is responsible for the maintenance of the temple and ancillary buildings associated with the temple complex. The role involves managing stakeholder expectations, leading the Temple Facilities Services team, and overseeing project and operational costs for maintenance and repairs. The manager also implements maintenance guides, monitors project schedules, and communicates with various leaders and contractors to ensure compliance with design documents and standards.
