Facilities Manager

The Temple Facilities Manager ensures the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience by maintaining standards established by the First Presidency. This position reports to the Area Temple Facilities Manager and is responsible for the maintenance of the temple and ancillary buildings. The role involves managing expectations of key stakeholders, overseeing the work of other employees, and providing training and mentoring to the Temple Facilities Services team. Additionally, the manager implements maintenance guides, creates annual plans, and monitors project schedules to ensure completion within approved timelines.
