This role operates autonomously, spending 20% of time on hands-on maintenance and 80% managing vendor partners, with a base location in Boston and quarterly travel to Detroit. The position requires close collaboration with operational staff to address immediate and future facility needs while maintaining code compliance and positive working relationships.
