Facilities Technician

This role involves proactively monitoring and maintaining BCBSMS facilities, including grounds, equipment, and furniture moves. Responsibilities include completing request forms, coordinating vendor actions, and performing hands-on tasks like painting, minor plumbing repairs, and grounds upkeep. The position also requires managing small projects with occasional weekend or after-hours support under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
