Facilities/Maintenance Assistant

The Facilities/Maintenance Assistant supports the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Bank-owned facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of infrastructure, equipment, and systems. This role involves conducting facility inspections, managing work orders, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors to keep all properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position also includes tasks such as mail sorting, document transport, and using a personal vehicle for business travel as needed.
