Facilities/Maintenance Assistant

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant supports the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Bank-owned facilities by performing maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of infrastructure and equipment. This role involves conducting routine maintenance tasks, performing monthly inspections, managing work orders, and coordinating with vendors to keep all properties safe and functional. The position also includes responsibilities such as sorting mail, transporting records, and maintaining inventory of supplies and furniture.
