Facility Maintenance I

The Facility Maintenance I performs general, specialized, and preventative maintenance and repairs at all Park District buildings and facilities, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting equipment inspections, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal facility operations. The position also requires assisting with snow removal, special event support, and daily custodial duties as needed.
