Facility Security Officer / Insider Threat Program Senior Official (FSO/ITPSO)

The Facility Security Officer / Insider Threat Program Senior Official will own and establish the company's facility security program from the ground up, guiding the organization through Facility Clearance sponsorship and Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence mitigation. This role involves managing personnel security clearance processing, developing security policies, and serving as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official to ensure compliance with NISPOM requirements. The position requires building the program independently as it matures while coordinating with leadership and external counsel.
